Telos Consort - The Illusion of Self

"The Illusion of Self" is a concert centered around the idea of self-expression and the creation of identity and style through music. From Joan Tower's quotes of Igor Stravinsky's Petrushka to Bobby Ge's sincerely jocular Remember to Have Fun, this concert is meant to have a bit of music for everyone.

It will include works by Joan Tower, Cole Reyes, Julius Eastman, Olga Neuwirth, Bobby Ge, and Euna Joh, whose piece, The Illusion of Self, gives the concert its title.
